Mountain Dearborn welcomes real estate and business attorney Jennifer Santucci as an Associate. Specializing in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, as well as finance and business law, she works with clients ranging from individuals and lenders to non-profits and for-profit institutions of all sizes.
With a penchant for research and detail, Jen has extensive knowledge and experience with due diligence review and complex title issues. “In commercial real estate, there are a lot of nuances in every single deal,” she says. “You can be working on a familiar topic, but the specifics are never the same. I love to learn and expand my knowledge.”
She strives to uncover the tiny details in due diligence reviews that can make or break a transaction. “It’s like those games where you have to spot the difference, and you suddenly realize, wait a minute, that’s not right,” she says. “Then I work with the parties to fix the problem.”
Inspired to become a lawyer by a high school teacher, Jen earned her JD from Suffolk University Law School. Prior to joining Mountain Dearborn in October 2022, she served as an Associate for a Rhode Island firm concentrating on commercial real estate, business consulting, and receiverships. She clerked for the Honorable Paul C. Dawley of the Brockton District Court and the Rhode Island Department of Transportation (RI DOT).
