Ryan P. Donahue

Associate

An experienced litigator with a specialty in criminal defense, Ryan Donahue represents clients who need help with various matters, including criminal defense, divorce, paternity, and guardianship. Ryan also counsels clients as they navigate civil litigation matters such as personal injury claims, Chapter 93A claims, and restraining orders. In addition, he serves as a special prosecutor for the Worcester District Attorney’s Office on certain cases.

Ryan grew up in Worcester and began his career in 2010 as an Assistant District Attorney for Worcester County. During his years as a prosecutor, he handled hundreds of cases from arraignment to trial in both District and Superior Court. Ryan has a deep understanding of how the government builds a case against an individual and what strategies will likely succeed, both in negotiations with prosecutors before trial and in arguments before a jury. Before joining Mountain Dearborn in 2022, he worked at a general practice firm in Boston where, in addition to criminal defense, he represented clients in a wide range of family law matters and civil litigation.
