For the third consecutive year, Attorney Nina T. Dow of Mountain, Dearborn & Whiting is among the Massachusetts Super Lawyers and Rising Stars, this time for 2021. Nina specializes in estate and tax planning, and has been with the firm since January 2018.
Nina enjoys the challenge of helping clients reach their unique estate planning objectives in a tax-efficient manner. She also advises clients on charitable giving, special needs trusts, Medicaid planning, trust and estate administration, and the preparation of estate and gift tax returns. She is a regular contributor to Mountain Dearborn’s blog, where she writes about estate planning concepts and lessons found in pop culture.
Nina earned her J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University School of Law and an L.L.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law. She is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
