Ann K. Molloy

Advising clients on estate planning and elder and disability law provides Ann the opportunity to help individuals solve diverse and challenging problems. A student of Latin and Greek in college who loves to write and edit, she notes that translating from ancient languages was “good preparation for the challenges of the tax code.”

Ann counsels clients in all aspects of estate and gift tax planning, and specializes in asset protection planning, Medicaid planning, special needs trusts, and guardianship and conservatorship law. She also assists clients with estate and trust administration, including the preparation of estate tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns for trusts and estates. Ann has been with the firm since 1989.
