Katherine Bagdis focuses her practice in litigation.
With a broad background as a litigator, Katie is a trusted advisor to clients who need help with various matters including divorce, paternity matters, guardianships and conservatorships for both minors and adults, and developing and administering estate plans. Katie counsels clients as they navigate other civil litigation matters, including personal injury claims and medical malpractice claims.
Katie also has extensive experience with civil appeals. She has successfully appealed cases and defended appeals before the Massachusetts Appeals Court and the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
Known for the high level of service she provides, Katie adeptly guides clients through effective ways to resolve important legal matters.
Katie joined the firm in 2010 as an Associate and was named a Partner in 2017. Prior to joining Mountain Dearborn, Katie was a law clerk with a Boston area civil defense litigation firm. She also interned with the Honorable James R. Lemire in the Massachusetts Superior Court while attending Suffolk Law. Katie spent her final year at Suffolk representing clients in Boston Juvenile Court, gaining critical experience that formed the foundation of her thriving practice.
