Jennifer L. Santucci

A real estate and business attorney, Jennifer Santucci handles a wide variety of transactions for her clients. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, as well as finance and business law. Jen has extensive knowledge and experience with due diligence review and complex title issues; she strives to uncover the nuances that can make or break a transaction, then helps the parties to fix problems. She has worked with clients ranging from individuals and lenders to non-profits and for-profit institutions of all sizes.

Prior to joining Mountain Dearborn in 2022, Jen served as an Associate for a Rhode Island firm concentrating on commercial real estate, business consulting, and receiverships. She clerked for the Honorable Paul C. Dawley of the Brockton District Court and the Rhode Island Department of Transportation (RI DOT).
