Dale Harger represents banks and borrowers in commercial finance transactions; buyers and sellers of commercial real estate; lessors and lessees in commercial lease negotiations; buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of businesses; and business owners and organizations in general corporate matters. Dale’s subspecialty is representing lenders in complex loans to groups of QSR franchisees.

A deft negotiator and drafter of contracts, Dale enjoys the challenge of finding a win-win solution in a difficult situation. He is known for his ability to devise a way to reach the client’s goals while accommodating the goals of the other parties.

Representative Experience

  • An eight-figure line of credit to a sixty-company QSR borrowing group, secured by real estate and personal property in several states.
  • Eleven simultaneous term loans and lines of credit to a multi-state borrowing group for real estate acquisition, store construction, and store outfitting.
  • An eight-figure loan to a single borrower controlled by an elaborately layered ownership group for development of a suburban residential complex.
  • Participation counsel to a member of a bank syndicate in a high-eight-figure QSR acquisition loan.
  • A $115,000 commercial mortgage loan for the purchase of vacant land.
