A specialist in helping small business owners resolve a wide array of legal issues, Mark draws on 21 years as a former associate and partner at the firm as well as six years running a small private law practice in Worcester. Returning to Mountain Dearborn in June 2013, Mark feels his experience in small practice gave him “a better understanding of, and even more respect for, people who are willing to start a business.”
Mark likes the challenge of drafting legal documents and articulating with precision the stated intentions of his clients in “any form of business contract.” His expertise includes formation of business entities, buy-sell agreements, business purchases or sales, commercial loan transactions, commercial leases, employment contracts, non-competition agreements and confidentiality agreements.
