Mark W. Bloom
Of Counsel
Mark Bloom advises small business owners on a broad range of critical legal matters. In his practice, Mark negotiates contracts of all kinds while also resolving a wide range of legal issues for businesses. His experience includes the selection and formation of business entities; structuring, negotiating and documenting business and commercial transactions; and advising on personnel policies and practices. His clients rely on his deep experience with contracts such as buy-sell agreements, business purchases or sales, commercial loan transactions, real estate agreements, commercial leases, employment contracts, non-competition agreements and confidentiality agreements. Mark likes the challenge of drafting legal documents to articulate with precision the stated intentions of his clients in “any form of business contract.”
With over 35 years of experience, Mark spent much of his career with the firm as a former Associate and Partner. He now serves as Of Counsel to Mountain Dearborn. Mark took a 6 year hiatus from the firm to run a small private law practice in Worcester. He credits this experience with giving him “a better understanding of, and even more respect for, people who are willing to start and run a business.”
