For Dick, the rewards and satisfaction of practicing law for nearly 60 years at the firm that bears his name is found in the mix of fascinating cases, outstanding colleagues and the pleasure he derives from helping clients to solve problems and drafting precise, detailed legal instruments.
Now retired, Dick is well-versed in estate planning, estate and trust administration, special needs planning, charitable giving and estate tax returns, as well as corporate mergers and acquisitions. He joined the firm in 1952 after four years of practice with a major Wall Street law firm.
As the firm has grown gradually from a small probate practice to today’s general practice, Dick has placed a priority on maintaining close client relationships, promoting a collegial work environment and charging reasonable fees for prompt and careful service.
